I review games, and have live gameplay. I love all the Sims series and SimCity series of games.
With The Sims 4 open and the House open with the stuck Sim, hit CTRL + Shift + C on your keyboard.
In the White box at the top type resetSim Firstname Lastname and click Enter your Sim should be unstuck.
